Your program manager
Born in Australia and trained in both Bali and London, Gabbie brings over a decade of personal practice and more than six years of teaching experience to the mat. Gabbie’s teaching journey has taken her across London, Sri Lanka, Portugal and Australia, shaping a style that blends strength, creativity and softness.
Gabbie’s teaching focuses on building strength while balancing it with softness and ease. Expect strong Vinyasa and Rocket-inspired flows, dynamic sequences, arm balances and playful transitions. The practice is creative and fun, while still following a thoughtful structure that allows students to progress and explore with confidence. Gabbie also draws inspiration from other movement modalities such as Pilates and Bioginástica, creating sessions that feel both intelligent and energising.
Alongside these stronger practices, Gabbie also offers deeply calming Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions, designed to slow things down and restore the nervous system.
Our Retreats
Our retreats offer the perfect opportunity to step away from your normal routine. To slow down, and connect with yourself – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In the practice of yoga and meditation, the goal is to clarify both body and mind so that we can experience greater presence and deeper joy in our lives.
You will leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, inspired and ready to step back into your life with intention!
