Each day we will move through intentional yoga practices designed to both energise and soften the body, alongside guided breathwork, meditation, and moments of journaling and reflection.

Beyond the mat, we will immerse ourselves in the raw beauty of Aljezur, wandering through nature, grounding into the land, and taking our practice beyond the home. From wild coastal cliffs to expansive beaches, you will experience this untouched corner of the Algarve in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

You will stay in a warm, welcoming home, sharing communal spaces and rooms with a small group of like minded souls. There is something powerful in this simplicity, connection, laughter, shared meals, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you leave.

For those craving a touch of adventure, you have the option to add surf sessions guided by a trusted local instructor. Together, we will journey to some of the Algarve’s most breathtaking beaches, just a short drive away, and experience the ocean as both a playground and a teacher.
